In Shop Production

All our beef,pork and lamb is sourced locally and is butchered in our air conditioned shop. All meats are expertly butchered, trimmed, defatted, cut and packed to your exact requirements. Our meats cater for large corporate events, local cafes, hotels, schools and nurserys, restaurants and for the people of Nuneaton and surrounding areas.

BOSTOCKS SAUSAGE
We manufacture approximately 500 kilos of sausage per week on a daily basis.All sausages are linked by hand using the same tried and trusted methods since the early days of Bostocks. Our sausage contains no artificial colouring and we make up to twelve different Bostocks brands.Only quality pork,cut from our own pigs is selected for our sausage Bostocks sausage is a favourite in Nuneaton and is eaten in many of our local cafes and restauarants.

COOKED MEATS & PORK PIES
It is no surprise that our deli is one of the most popular,most visited parts of Bostocks. Our popular ham,roast pork,beef,,brawn,pressed pork are all cooked and prepared on site.These products are defatted,boned and cooked to the required temperature in our public health accredited factory, adjacent to our shop.Faggots and our own pork dripping are prepared and cooked in our bakery section. Our famous Bostocks Pork pies are individually hand raised and cooked and contain a natural gelotine.

BURGERS & BACON
Not just for barbeques but an all year round meal,our lamb,pork and apple and beefburgers are all hand pressed on site. Our beef burgers contain quality fore quarter meat with a low fat content. Whole shoulders of lamb are defatted and trimmed to make the meat for our lamb burgers. Lean shoulder and leg of pork go into making our delicious pork and apple burgers. All bacon sold in our shop is trimmed an cut to your requirements.The thickness of a slice of bacon is like all Bostocks products-TO THE CUSTOMERS CHOICE!
